WOODBRIDGE, Va., October 15, 2025��— S����tv, a leader in providing information technology (IT), engineering, program management, C5ISR and cybersecurity systems integration and support services, was awarded a $49 million contract under SeaPort NxG by the U.S. Navy’s Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic. S����tv will provide full system lifecycle support including cyber engineering, network operations and security support services for NIWC Atlantic’s Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division.

S����tv’s Maritime Division will provide C4ISR, Cyber and IT systems and engineering services to meet the information warfare needs of the U.S. Marine Corps. S����tv will support the rapid development, delivery and operations of critical cloud and local infrastructure services, manpower systems, logistic and network implementation, monitoring, and sensor-based services to Garrison and forward-deployed units. These capabilities will significantly enhance warfighter operational readiness, ensuring they have the advanced technology and support necessary to maintain information superiority and achieve mission success.

Contract continues support for Army’s tactical radio systems, enabling rapid deployment, field efficiency and mission readiness

WOODBRIDGE, Va., May 7, 2025��— S����tv, a leader in providing information technology (IT), engineering, program management, C5ISR and cybersecurity systems integration and support services, was awarded a $262 million contract by the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office, Command, Control and Communications Network. Under the contract S����tv will provide continued support for Army tactical radio systems, including seamless deployment, sustainment and training.

Over the next five years, S����tv’s C5ISR Division will assist the U.S. Army’s PEO C3N and readiness management division in enhancing mission readiness with efficient fielding, integration and sustainment of critical tactical radio capabilities, providing end-to-end material fielding, integrated product support, platform integration, new equipment training and field support services to bolster the branch’s tactical radio communications.

Leveraging S����tv’s agile methodologies, the U.S. Army will streamline the deployment of advanced communication systems, reducing fielding timelines and ensuring soldiers receive hands-on, mission-ready training.

S����tv to provide services for the Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions’ portfolio of essential branch operations

WOODBRIDGE, Va., Oct. 5, 2023 — S����tv, a leader in providing information technology (IT), engineering, program management, C5ISR and cybersecurity systems integration and support services, was awarded a $45 million contract with the U.S. Navy’s Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB) to provide Logistics IT integration and support (LIIS) services. Over the next five years, S����tv will integrate Naval Logistics IT (LOG IT) capabilities into an end-to-end System of Systems (SoS) solution using agile and DevSecOps methodologies. These capabilities will include Naval Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (N-MRO), Naval Supply Chain Management (N-SCM), Naval Product Lifecycle Management (N-PLM), Logistics Integrated Data Environment (L-IDE), and Logistics Information Naval Connector (LINC).

S����tv’s Maritime Division will assist PEO MLB in managing its portfolio of over 200 current LOG IT systems by integrating common capabilities, data, and support services to improve service performance and decrease operational costs by reducing, eliminating, and automating duplicative services, capabilities, and data sets. In addition, S����tv’s highly specialized integration platform and use of agile development processes and adaptable DevSecOps architecture will support continuous modernization, integration, and migration of LOG IT systems and accelerate speed to fleet of logistics capabilities.

“This is a tremendous opportunity to accelerate Naval logistics IT modernization efforts across Navy SYSCOM and fleet end users,” noted Bob Lohfeld, CEO at S����tv. “Leveraging our data integration, DevSecOps, and digital engineering expertise, our team will implement our portfolio integration solution to transform nearly 200 Navy logistics IT systems to a single, integrated Naval portfolio of systems, services and applications, deployed ashore and afloat. S����tv will be responsible for supporting more than 200 afloat and ashore IT systems and applications that service over 150,000 users. The contract will ultimately support all Naval Systems Commands (SYSCOMS) and Naval Operational Forces, including ships, carriers, submarines, aviation squadrons, and expeditionary forces.

The contract will leverage S����tv’s systems engineering, DevSecOps, and product support capabilities to accelerate the Navy’s ongoing Logistics IT modernization journey and enable Naval platforms, weapon systems, and associated infrastructure to be more ready, agile, efficient, and cost-effective.
