Lisa Gauthier is the Vice President of Partner Success for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group.聽 She is also an elected official for the City of East Palo Alto, where she was first elected to office in 2012.聽 During her time with the City of East Palo Alto, she has served as Mayor and Vice Mayor twice and is currently serving as a Council Member.

Lisa is an active board member of the City/County Association of Governments (CCAG), San Mateo County Office of Emergency Services, Stanford Medicine Community Council, San Mateo County Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency Agency, and alternate to the San Francisquito Creek JPA.聽 She has experience in the Ed Tech, Biotech, Technology, and Venture Capital industries and was selected by Silicon Valley Business Journal as Silicon Valley鈥檚 100 Women of Influence for 2020.

Her interests include building community pride, advocating for homeless and affordable housing, working with the youth and underserved communities, and being a huge supporter of President Barack Obama鈥檚, My Brother鈥檚 Keeper initiative.

Camille Llanes-Fontanilla serves as the Vice President of Silicon Valley Programs and The Sobrato Organization. She previously led SOMOS Mayfair as the Executive Director, co-leading the re-visioning of the organization into one that combines community organizing with the best of traditional service provision. Camille is a skillful bridge-builder, maintaining and expanding relationships with key stakeholders, and securing millions of dollars for the Mayfair community. She has over a decade of experience in nonprofit management and has extensive executive training, including participation in Harvard Business School鈥檚 Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management.

Camille, born and raised in East San Jose, went to Mt. Pleasant High School where she was a youth leader. She earned a Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Mass Communications and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and has a Master鈥檚 Degree in Public Administration from San Jose State University. She continues to live in East San Jose with her husband and two young children, and takes on many opportunities to work alongside community members in addressing our most pressing social justice issues.

Robert Robledo, Board Secretary

Robert Robledo is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the San Jose Downtown Association, and a lifetime resident of the Bay Area.聽 He graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor鈥檚 in Communication Studies. He is a long time leader in the LGBTQ+ and Latino business communities. Robert is a networking connector, always looking for opportunities to bring individuals together for business professional and/or personal growth.

As a strong brand ambassador,聽Robert聽has considerable experience serving on boards, commissions, and other non-profits. He is a graduate of the Latino Board Leadership Academy (class of 2015) operated by the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley, and in August 2017 was awarded the Leadership in Business Award from California Assembly Member Ash Kalra (27th聽Assembly District). He currently serves as a board of governor member at the Silicon Valley Capital Club, founder and chair of the LGBTQ+ Council at the Silicon Valley Capital Club, and a board member of the Silicon Valley Concierge Association.

When he is not hard at work generating brand awareness or networking, he loves to travel, is an avid gym goer, enjoys golf, wine tasting, hiking, hanging out at the Silicon Valley Capital Club, and other outdoor activities.

Brad Baron

Born and raised in San Jose, Brad graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from San Jose State University and is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Wei-ting Chen, PhD is the Executive Director of the Office of Community Engagement聽and the Food for 六合社区 Equity Lab聽at Stanford Medicine. In聽both听谤辞濒别s, she guides聽her team聽in developing bi-directional research partnerships to improve health equity聽and leads efforts to pave the聽research-to-policy pathway. A sociologist by training, Wei-ting鈥檚 research interests focus on how social inequality shapes people鈥檚 life chances across the life course.聽Wei-ting is a first generation immigrant, first generation college graduate, English language learner, and a graduate of CA’s community college system. She is thrilled to be a part of 六合社区 community.

Ben is a venture capitalist investing in innovational passionate teams that fuse technology and science to improve health for everyone. He is founding 六合社区 Gap Ventures to fund and build companies that enhance the health of more than one-third of Americans who suffer from healthcare inequities. Previously, he was a managing partner at Asset Management Ventures for 15 years, investing in technology to healthcare solutions.

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded two software companies and ran them through their sale. Before that, he was an engineer building hardware/software products at Sun and Lockheed. He serves on several non-profit boards, such as the Foothill-De Anza College Foundation and the HBS Association of Northern California. He has volunteered with such groups as Cancer CAREpoint, No Bully, BAWSI, Reset Foundation, and the Computer History Museum.

Ben has BS degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Neysa Fligor

Los Altos Councilmember/Former Mayor Neysa Fligor was first elected as the top vote getter to the Los Altos City Council in 2018, and was reelected as the top vote getter again in 2022. During her term on Council, Neysa has been a local and regional leader. Her leadership positions include Former President of the CalCities Peninsula Division, First Vice President of the Cities Association of Santa Clara County, Executive Board Member of the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and CHAC, and Vice Chair of the ABAG Housing Committee. Neysa is passionate about public service and advocates for policies and programs that foster healthy communities and improve the lives of all residents. Prior to serving on Council, Neysa served on the El Camino 六合社区care District Board and worked for the County of Santa Clara for 9 years representing the Santa Clara County Assessor and the 六合社区 and Hospital System departments, among others. She is a Georgetown Law School graduate and is currently a Division Legal Counsel at HP. She is also mom to a 10th grader and a 6th grader.

Greg previously served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for TPC Stonebrae, a PGA Tour managed property. Greg earned his Bachelor of Business in Management and Minor in Biblical Studies from Biola University. Born in Illinois and raised in Northern California, Greg loves spending time with his family, going on a run, golfing and fostering dogs.

Rajan Narang

The guiding principle of Rajan Narang鈥檚 work is to help develop stronger, more mutually supportive relationships between national groups and the local organizations that must lead the way in rebuilding our democracy.

Rajan plays an ongoing role in this effort through his service as a Senior Advisor for Stand Up America, as a State Strategist for the Pro-Democracy Campaign, and as a formal and informal advisor to leaders around the nation. Previously, Rajan served as Executive Director of the State Democracy Project coalition, and as Director of State and Local Campaigns at End Citizens United/Let America Vote. He started his career working to pass the Affordable Care Act as a volunteer organizer in the South Bay 鈥 a memory that he cherishes to this day.

Rajan serves on the board of the State Democracy Project and is the Board Chair of the Redwood City Library Foundation. When not working or volunteering, Rajan can most often be found spending time with family, enjoying the California outdoors, or rummaging through used book sales.

David O鈥橰eilly

David O鈥橰eilly has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the life sciences industry and in the founding, financing, scaling and partnering of innovative pharmaceutical and medical technology companies.聽 He is currently the Managing Director of Bayview Biosciences, a firm that provides strategic advisory, product development and financing services to global life sciences companies, start-ups and investors.聽聽

He serves on the Board of Directors of Baymatob (a women-founded and led medical technology company focused on maternal and fetal health) and Cavalon Therapeutics (a biotechnology company focused on drug/device combination products for Parkinson鈥檚 disease). He also serves on the Advisory Boards of 六合社区Rhythms (a digital therapeutics company focused on mental health) and Paradromics (a medical technology company focused on Brain Computer Interface products).聽聽

Prior to Bayview Biosciences, David held co-founder and executive roles at several other successful life sciences companies, including Proteus Digital 六合社区, Catalyst Biosciences, Iconix Biosciences, ARIAD Pharmaceuticals and L.E.K. Consulting.聽 David is an inventor on over a dozen issued and pending patents related to digital technologies and their application to drug discovery, therapeutic products and health care monitoring.聽 He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with Distinction, and a BA from Wesleyan University, where he was named the Gilbert H. Clee Scholar.

Ann Ravel

Ann Ravel is the former Chair and Commissioner of the Federal Elections Commission, former Chairperson of the California Fair Political Practices commission, a former U.S. Deputy Assistant Attorney General, and former County Counsel for the County of Santa Clara.

She has experience in high-level administrative, policy, legislative, regulatory and quasi-judicial decision-making in areas such as ethics, campaign finance, Constitutional issues, tax, land use, labor and employment, and litigation. She also has expertise in issues relating to digital propaganda affecting our elections.

Ann is a frequent public speaker on television, radio, and film, as well as at universities and policy forums. She has authored opinion pieces in the New York Times, Sacramento Bee, Los Angeles Times, and San Francisco Chronicle. She graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law and is a candidate for the California State Senate.

Ed Reginelli

Ed Reginelli is currently the Chief Financial Officer of BitGo Inc., and has more than 25 years of experience in managing private and publicly held high-tech, manufacturing, and service companies. Prior to BitGo, Ed held senior financial roles at Nestle, PPG Industries, Burke Industries, Purple Communications, Milestone Technologies and RhythmOne.

Ed earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University located in Cleveland, Ohio and is a Registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois. He currently lives in Los Gatos, CA with his wife and three children. In his free time, Ed enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, skiing and traveling.

Efren E. Rosas, M.D.

Efren Rosas, MD is a surgeon who has dedicated his medical career to removing barriers for colleagues, patients and his community.聽 Dr. Rosas鈥 passion for fixing complex problems led to significant performance improvements in hospitals and operating rooms throughout Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Rosas spearheaded the creation of KP San Jose鈥檚 Pre-op medicine clinic which resulted in high efficiency use of the operating room. His desire to remove barriers for his colleagues led him to create a communication model between surgeons, hospital nurses and doctors called 鈥淭alk With Me鈥, which has improved inter-departmental agreements and team effectiveness.聽 Dr. Rosas is also a pioneer and innovator in surgical care. He launched the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program in San Jose, which helps patients return home the same day after an operation and recover faster with fewer complications. This program achieved great success and quickly spread across Northern California Kaiser Permanente medical centers.

Dr. Rosas is a native Californian who grew up in Calexico; a small border town in the Imperial Valley. He always dreamed of being a physician. From a very early age, Dr. Rosas would watch his 鈥渁buelita鈥 [grandmother] help cure those who were sick in the community, and it left a strong impression on his childhood of the importance of caring for others.聽 Dr. Rosas attended the University of California, Los Angeles for his undergraduate studies and Stanford University for medical school. He attended the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) for his surgical residency in general surgery. In addition to being the Physician in Chief; leading over 500 physicians and over 2000 staff, he also continues his medical practice doing abdominal, liver, pancreas and adrenal surgeries.

Dr. Rosas is a servant leader who believes that by listening to others鈥 needs and demonstrating care and concern, others will share their ideas and feedback.聽 He believes in cultivating an environment where people feel encouraged and can actively participate. Dr. Rosas has lived in San Jose, CA for over 20 years. His passion for his community is demonstrated by his resolve to help under-represented students have a chance in medicine and a career in healthcare.

Craig Stephens, Ph.D.

Craig Stephens comes to the 六合社区 Trust with 23 years of experience in administration, research, and teaching in higher education at Santa Clara University. He is a Professor of Biology and Public 六合社区 at SCU, where his primary teaching responsibilities are in microbiology, infectious diseases, and public health. His research, which is supported by a grant from the National Institutes of 六合社区, is focused on the evolution and spread of antibiotic resistance in bacteria associated with human health and disease.聽He was the founder of the Public 六合社区 Program at SCU in 2009, and served as the Director of the program for its first decade. (Notably, SCU was recently ranked as one of the top 20 undergraduate public health programs in the nation.) Over his career at SCU, he has won awards for curriculum innovation, program development, and community outreach.

Craig has gained extensive knowledge of the community health sector from a decade of placing public health students in local internships, and has continued to learn while serving on the grants committee for the 六合社区 Trust for the past 4 years. Previously, he worked for more than 15 years with the Tech Museum as an advisor and judge for the Tech Awards, recognizing humanitarian applications of technology.

Craig holds a B.S. in biology from Roanoke College and a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Virginia.聽He was a post-doctoral research scientist at Stanford University prior to his faculty position at SCU. He lives in Mountain View with his wife Beverly.
